The Writers’ Institute is under the supervision of the global kashrut organization OK.

The global kosher organization OK, based in the United States, supervises thousands of products in complex production processes all over the world.

Otsar Hatam – Safed is the only hat manufacturing institute that is under the supervision and close supervision of the OK organization.

Each product is under a full, documented and computerized control process, starting from the stage of purchasing the card until receiving the final product certification.
