“Otzer Hastam” in Safed is the largest center in the world in the important and precious field of Torah books, tefillin and mezuzos.

At the top of Mount Canaan in Safed, in a magnificent and spacious campus facing a spectacular view, heaven and earth, study and experience, Torah and craft, matter and spirit merge and connect.

The unique project, which combined a great vision and a huge investment, became a magnet in the city of Safed. A first-rate educational, experiential and occupational project.

The place, which was a boutique hotel that hosted prime ministers and world leaders and was later abandoned, is now bustling and full of life:

Young and old, from all over the world, are exposed in an experiential and fascinating way to the important values of the Jewish tradition; Setam writers devote themselves to their craft, the craft of heaven; a large family celebrates a bar mitzvah; residents come for a routine setam check; A young couple buys mezuzahs for their new home and a young boy with his parents get excited about buying Tefillin for the Bar Mitzvah.

In the visitors’ center, the Jewish treasures hidden between the letters of the Sam’am are revealed in their full beauty and meaning in an exciting and multi-sensory journey, accompanied by the most sophisticated means of illustration;

The Writers’ Institute gathers Satam writers who work professionally and dedicatedly in writing Satam at a high level and with elegant kosher, while making sure that the “tip of Yoed” is in the quality of the work;

The events center of “Otzer Hastam” offers a multitude of attractions and unique experiences, fun days and event productions, for families, children and adults, groups, educational institutions, Bar Mitzvah celebrations and more;

And the store offers a large selection of Setam products that are produced locally in fancy kosher, as well as a selection of Judaica products and Jewish art.
